April's Wishlist...

Yes, it was on my last wishlist, but I've been busy finishing up my Neal's Yard cleanser and getting involved with a Soap and Glory scrubby face wash, now I'm excited to be getting my hands on this soon. I find it so easy to get distracted my other, cheaper cleansers though, despite knowing how much I love this one!

Bourjois lip tint in Cyber Cassis. I saw this on Makeup Savvy and Fee rates this so it's on my list! I hate having to mess around with lipstick when I'm out and about so this looks perfect and hopefully it won't dry out my lips either.
Not beauty related, but so pretty it had to be included, a gorgeous iPod skin from Decal Girl

June's glamour magazine that goes on sale on the 9th of June will contain a generous sized mini (apparently worth between £8 and £10 according to Raspberry Rouge) of one of the three Benefit tints... I'm leaning towards Posie Tint and High Beam, though at £2 for each magazine it wouldn't break the bank to buy all three!

ELF's new addition is this Studio complete coverage concealer palette, which looks perfect for meeting different concealer needs as your skin colour changes throughout the year, ELF claim that it provides a "flawless, makeup artist finish" for £3.50 you can't go wrong really!

What are you lusting after this month? Let me know.. there's room for a few more on my list ;)

Wishlist for February....

CND cuticle eraser- because mine are a mess.. I've heard good things about this, particularly that it actually removes cuticles rather than claiming to but really just softening them.... sneaky!
ELF's studio cream blushes- rumoured to be appearing this month on ELF's UK site. I'm liking my NYX cream blushes more now I've got used to them so I'm looking forward to trying this out!
UNE skinglow foundation- this seems promising from a sample I got in Marie Claire this month, love the texture and the feel and just everything really! I don't know if they've re-formulated because I've not had any of the issues I've heard of others having in reviews...

Models' Own- I got hold of the champagne colour with a buffer in a gift set on Asos' sale for £3. It just lasts and lasts, never had any polish stay on my nails so long. I'm looking at either mystic mauve or hot pink.

Liz Earle- Cleanse and Polish- because nothing beats the original.

Naked skincare- jojoba exfoliator- if only for the legendary scent! Cookies without the calories AND smooth skin?! It just doesn't get any better!

What are you wanting most this month? As if I need any more temptation...!

October wishlist

OPI's Nail Envy- matte. The plan is to use this to hopefully improve the awful state of my nails AND to use it as a matte top coat. I've found this on Ebay for the bargain price of £7.99 here

Sugar Strip Ease... I'm really excited by the claims made about sugaring. The lack of pain and the fact it's water soluble especially. I only looked into it having seen a friend of the mother's mention it on facebook. I've never had much success with waxing and the inevitable sticky wax left on your legs that is seemingly irremovable has possibly put me off forever. I wasn't keen on making the sugaring... stuff.. myself the first time round and the absolutely gorgeous packaging that this comes in makes it very tempting! Available from Boots.

NYX cream blush. I've been after these for a while, but I'm always put off by having to buy from the US, I don't know why, I've made orders for NYX bits and pieces before but when you only want the one thing it's a bit off-putting. Including shipping these tend to be around £5 individually from ebay (which is very good value from what I've seen for how long they last!) I'm tempted by Tea Rose, Glow, or Boho Chic. Which one do you think?

ELF's new lipsticks in their core £1.50 range look pretty impressive. I'm especially attracted to "seductive". Don't forget that if you comment on any of their blog posts you receive a £1.50 voucher to use on any order from their site within 30 days... Free lipstick!

Once again ELF's blusher brush features. For some reason every time I place an order I convince myself (whilst trying to whittle down my GIANT basket) that I don't really need it. Wrong every time!

September's wishlist!

This month is definitely a nail polish month! I've been looking at my current nail polish collection and lacking any inspiration or excitement so it's definitely time for some new ones (just don't tell the mother..!)

Elf's new polishes Passion Pink and Mango Madness plus Berry Pink from the existing line.. £1.50 each!

China Glaze's For Audrey.. I've seen Beauty Zone pop up on a couple of blogs recently and the prices are amazing! You'd pay £9.99 for this from any UK (and many US!) seller but this is less than £5, plus additional polishes are around the £3.50 mark including postage!

China Glaze Sugar high is also looking rather appealing!

Nailene So Real nails as reviewed here.. Wanting a nice nail fix!

I'm intrigued by Soap and Glory's Hocus Focus.. It claims to be an illuminator and flaw softening lotion.. Interesting! £12.00

Oh yes, and a bikini top that fits. Seriously, I've been trying to find one for months, so far it's been disastrous!

What have you got your eye on this September?

August's wishlist!

I can't believe we're just about to go into August already...! How flippin' scary!

Anyway, onto this month's wishlist.. I'm making progress, last month I actually BOUGHT two of the things on there!

Urban Decay's liquid liner in Honey... Bargain at £3.99 here- I'm turning into more of a liquid liner lover so this is calling to me!

Rimmel's Sky High polish (can't find a decent picture for you, sorry!) I've been eyeing this up for ages and for some reason haven't got round to buying it!

The wonderful wonderful Skin Tonic by Liz Earle, £11.50

Lily Lolo's Silk Finishing Powder £12.00 -excited about trying this out, it looks really interesting!

17's matte top coat! According to their facebook page this is due to be released at the end of August.

What are you wanting this month?!

July's wishlist!

I so love doing these posts... Despite the fact I normally end up buying other things instead... ;)

This is the ELF studio powder brush. I've seen this on a couple of blogs and I find the flat top of it attractive... I'm a mineral make up girlie so new powder brushes are always exciting, I've already got a Kabuki from ELF which I love but it's nice to have a bit of variety, I think this would do well for slightly heavier coverage days. I do think that this looks like it costs much more than £3.50!

This is a (rather rubbish) swatch of 17's Mirror Shin On Lipstick, in the most coveted shade- Beehive. Something seems to happen to me when I go into Boots, and despite swatching this and loving it, the smooth texture, perfect colour.. I put it down and went with a Natural Collection lippy... That I'm not as keen on, typical! I do plan to pick this up this month if I can find it again (17 just said on fb that it's now sold out...! Though Boots.com doesn't agree!) Ramble over, £4.49 from Boots.

Fimo beads! Gorgeous unique beads to make into bracelets, a little bit of creativity!

Once again a Sleek palette goes on here... I'm absolutely convinced I'd have had many if our crappy Superdrug sold them, but they don't, and I don't like £3.95 postage for one! I will, undoubtedly change my mind later on and  end up with a different palette, but for now my choice is Sunset.. Or original... I don't know to be honest ;)

These sweets are amazing. Recommended to me by a friend when I told her I had to give up chocolate, they don't leave the nasty aftertaste that normal sweets do, and the flavours are great.

Water decals, an alternative to Konad I'm curious about these...!

A rather lightweight wishlist again this month, which is great obviously, always good to save money ;) but I have 2 Primark trips lined up too... Not so money saving!

wishlist!

I love how at the beginning of every month I'm convinced that I really want these things... And then I either decide against them or just end up buying something else instead!

Either way I still want Orly's Sec n Dry and that was on last months list!

Crystal nail files, fed up of trying to find the old (yet pretty!) emery boards that hide in my room I'm starting new with lovely Crystal nail files that I can SEESAW with! Very exciting ;)

Manly 120 palette (I've actually no idea if the Manly one is any better than the others, can anyone enlighten me?) Having every colour under the sun is very appealing to me, and this has replaced the Sleek palette for the time being!

Set of 24 nail art pens (can't find a decent picture of these!) as found on Ebay for around £9.99... not much to be said about these, yippee for rainbow colours!

It's a short one this month as I've just bought my very first car (yaaay!) so money is somewhat tight!

I also have some rather exciting things on the way from Avon at the moment, looking forward to getting them and having a play around with them!

Are your wishlists ever changing despite half the things not being bought?!

Oooh Wishlisty!

I recently got a couple of Konad plates (M38 and M4) from Flashy nails for £3.95 each (check it out, there's between 20%-25% off, special polishes are £3.95 too!) I only bought them right then because they were so cheap, and from the UK. So now I'll be needing... this. It makes sense to buy a starter kit, as the stamper and scraper alone are going to cost me £6 including postage, and I'll be getting 2 small special polishes and an extra plate for around £5 more, the plate that comes with that one is M3. I hope I get on with this now, else I'll be trying to get rid of them on you guys ;)

It may be old news... but I really want the original Sleek palette

Oooh, so pretty! Fab boxes for storing make up and general junk that has no home ;)

Fed up with having dents in my nails an hour after applying particularly difficult and stubborn nail polish, this seems like the answer!

There'll undoubtedly be more added to the list on my head over the coming weeks, and I may do a clothes version of this list if anyone's at all interested!

Have a happy Wednesday! :)
