Cheapy face wipes..

I hoard these ;)

They're just so useful! My current favourites are from Home Bargains (can you tell that I practically live in this store?!) and I got 50 wipes for £1 as they're currently 2 for £1, though even without the offer they're only like 59p each!

I really dislike going to bed with make up still on, and it's really not good for my skin, but I haven't always got the energy or inclination at bedtime to properly use eye make up remover, cleanser, toner and moisturiser and these leave my skin cleansed and toned, and my eye make up removed, all in a couple of swipes of a wipe, fab!

These particular wipes don't dry my skin out like some do, or make me break out either, and they stay moist in the packet well too.

The two types I have at the moment are Facial Cleansing Wipes- With extracts of Cucumber, suitable for all skin types, which surprisingly(!) smell of cucumber, but in a nice way, it's not overpoweringly fake. And Exfoliation wipes- For a smoother, brighter complexion. They're both "Spa" - The Art of Beauty.

I'd never seen exfoliating wipes before and these really do do a good job, the back of the pack says "Gently exfoliates the skin. Removes dead skin cells and impurities for a clearer, healthier looking complexion. Leaves skin feeling fresh and revitalised." Each wipe has two sides, one that exfoliates and one that's smoother for removing make up etc. Absolutely ideal for camping or for reducing the amount you have to take away with you when space is limited!

The packaging doesn't scream 50p at you which is always a bonus, although I'm not overly keen on the grey colouring for the exfoliating wipes personally.

I've actually never used wipes that cost more than £1.50 for a pack.. I just can't bring myself to do it when I know these do a really great job, much much better than a lot of the cheaper brands that dry my skin out and the wipes are half dry when you get them out of the packet!

Are you a cheapy wipes girl or not?

I am most definitely a cheapy wipes girl!! There's nothing worse than getting comfy in bed and realising you haven't taken your make up off (and have no face wipes to do it with). Home bargains is the place to go! I've not tried these ones, but I like the sound of the exfoliating wipes a lot, and cucumber sounds fresh! I buy the Simple baby wipes from HB, they're in packs with hard plastic seals to keep them nice and juicy moist.

Cheapy wipes are the best! Just the ticket when you come in from a night out and just want to jump into bed asap!
Lovely blog by the way! Eilidh xx

I'm a cheapy wipe girl, or whatevers on offer. At the moment I love Aldi's Lacura facewipes for sensitive skin. Theyre so cheap and soft! A lot better than others I've seen for over 4 times the price
